I went in a slipped on her leather halter, as the mare nibbled my shirt. She calmly walked out and I handed the lead to Lana. Emotionally I said "Take good care of her please." I said before walking out to help Lana with the trailer.

Kim whistles softly to Devon, watching the stud move. Puting her hand out she say's"Devon, come on buddie, rember me? I'm going to take you home now! Momma is there, maby you will see her." She remberd that the colt had pride, and was only willing to come over to people when he chose to...

There was the crunch of the gravel as the truck pulled up trailer in tow, with Leo neighing happily inside. He smiled as he went to the back and unloaded the handsome bay hunter. He gave a whistle to get Matty's attention and pointed to Leo. Someone came to see you! he yelled with a lop-sided grin. Leo bobbed his head happily, as he took in the place where he'd lived for two years of his life, where he'd been born, trained and lived. He was a lot different from the lanky two year old he was then and now at the age of three was a handsome stallion with well-toned muscles and a sleek bay coat, truly he was a sight to behold as he went flying over those hunter courses...

I watched as Devon looked at Kim, then ears pricked followed her. You never know, she sounded like that delightful person he could vaguely remember who had all those scrumptious treats and loving pats.
Turning around I recognized Leo's distict neigh and went running up to him. Wrapping my arms around his neck I burried my face into his short soft coat. Standing back I shook Nick's hand, and beamed. "He looks amazing!" I exclaimed as I took another look at Leo. "I suppose you came to pick up your new colt? I must be honest, he does not have the same manners for Leo and is in a bit of a "terrible two" stage." I said with a laugh as I led Nick over to a gorgeous gray colt. Sometimes he was really well behaved, but mostly he wasn't, and it was more ground manners than when he was racing. I knew he would grow out of it, but he would prove a fun project for Nick.

I will I promise I replied gently taking the lead. I lead Celeste to the trailer, I had already pulled down the ramp. I patted her grey dappled neck and lead her up and into the trailer. Once she was in I walked back out and closed the ramp. I can't thank you enought for her I said to Matty, waving her goodbye excited to be finally bringing home Celeste...

I waved good-bye to Lana as I heard Celeste's light feminine neigh, and then turned and watched the bold Devon disppear into Kim's trailer. With a final wave I watched as they both drove down the lane and out of sight.

Nick beamed as he saw the pair unite. Leo nickerd happily and then he led the bay back to his place in the trailer with a treat for a reward. Now let's go see that trouble maker! he laughed as he went to go follow Matty.

I gave Leo a last hug before leading Nick ovfer to his silver bullet of a colt. Willow was wearing his dashing black banket, his tail done up in a flames tailbag, and his forelock swept across his face as he raised a silver-ish head to inspect his new owner. He was very friendly, even though he was a bit of a brat, and came right over, snuffling Nick as I gave a small laugh, and slipped on his halter.

I drive down to the stables in almost the same hurry I had two and a half years ago when I had first seen the young foal that would now be a young colt. A beautiful bopy he would be if it was anything to go on.
I get out of the 4WD with a hop skip and jump and walk into the stables. There were a couple of other cars in the oparking lot so I figured others had come to pick up their babies. I walk down until I see the unmistakeable markings of Hawke. The big skewed blaze that made him look so cute and the shiny chestnut coat. Yes it was Hawke all right. "Hey boy, do you remember me?"

Making my way up the drive i casually look at my watch, 10:15am. I smile, only half a hour drive to get here which is pretty good! I slow down and park the car looking at the float being pulled behind it. Wish was coming home to meet the rest of the troopers! Finally a horse that i had not bred but out of a dam i knew so well and a sire i had heard so much of but didn't have his blood in my stock, now i had an addition and a stunning filly to show it. I walk through the stable and see the filly in some yards, leaning over i peer through at the bay filly. She was a beauty and one of my all time favourite colours, being a sucker for darker bays.

I smiled slightly as I drove onto the property of Godolphin Stables. I knew I had been late, and I felt sorry for being so. I had a plan to bring Lion to a stable that could give him a couple of exercises a week, giving me the opportunity to work with him a lot. I had and still did exercises Swept there and he seemed wonderful around the place. Snapping out of my thoughts as I heard the playful squeal. He let out another squeal as I lowered the ramp. There stood the black bay colt that I had bought off Matty. This was where he had grown up and where he had enjoyed the beginning of his life. I walked him backwards, down the ramp and he tossed his head playfully. I laughed gently before circling him slightly. His ears perked forward quickly, his nostrils flared as he took in the scent, and his head was high as he looked over the place that he had grown up on. I looked around with him until I snapped back into reality after feeling a playful nudge from Swept. He nipped at my hair happily, ready to go off. I had finally found some time to come pick Lion up! I walked quickly down to the paddocks, almost tripping slightly as I did so. But Swept, for some odd reason, nudged me and I quickly regained balance. I smiled warmly at him and then searched for Lion, excited to finally see him and also to be here with Swept!

I spotted WSB and SB, and headed gingerly over. I saw they had found there new horses, and went over to WSB. "She is something hey?" I asked with a smile as I watched Wish swish her tail idily and munch on her hay. Taking a break she came over, and I slipped on her halter, handing the lead to WSB I let her check out her new racing addition to Endless Boundaries.
I walked over to SB, and gave her a hug before looking at Hawke. His bright chestnut face just glowed, and his small ears were pricked forward as he inspected her. I opened up the stall, and put on his halter, handing the lead to SB as I gently dusted off the sawdust from his black blanket. Awaiting the expression from his new owner, Hawke nosed SB, his eyes deep and absorbing in this friend. His mane was all askew, and I quickly fixed in, and scratched his neck, as he leaned into the scratch, his upper lip twitching with enjoyment. I gave SB a wink and headed over to Erica.
I knew she would be blown away when she saw the chestnut wonder. Giving a wave and a grin I bounded over and gave Swept a huge hug. He wasn't uncordinated anymore, but a big hefty stallion. Smiling and kissed his muzzle. "Aww! Thanks for bringing him by!" I said overjoyed as I then walked her over to a stall. Inside was Lion. The young colt was drinking deeply from the stainless steel automatic waterer, and raised his head in greeting, letting out a deep neigh. Water dribbling from his newly clipped muzzle, his eyes watching as I opened the door and slipped on his halter, letting Erica take in the mature muscular looks of her new racing colt.

Lauren drove the red pickup into the driveway at Godolphin Stables. Her small two horse trailer was behind it, showing the emblem of her newer stable Pine Royal. Jett, her border collie, jumped out and jogged behind her. Her long, wavy brown hair was pulled back into a tight ponytail as she entered the barn, looking around for Maddy. She'd come to pick Serenade up.
