I walked down the isle, and stopped at Rio's stall. He was standing alert, but I knew I wasn't selling him, so he needent be worried. The clock ticked by, and I gave Chase a nod to go open the gates of Godolphin, and direct the people to the main stable, where the young two and a half year old horses stood prestine and ready for their new owners. It was hard letting them go. I really didn't want to, but I knew every owner would cherish their horse, so I awaited patiently for the crowd. [/center]

At the front of the crowd for the first time was Maria, a huge smile on her face. She couldn't wait to see Major! She had seen him as a foal and then he had been the cutest colt she had ever seen! Smiling she walked down the asile and stopped outside Major's stall. Her mouth dropped. What the...? Inside stood the most handsome and majestic looking colt she had ever seen... Could this really be Major? She looked at the nameplate on his headcollar and nodded, this was him alright! "Wow..." She breathed. He looked better then she remembered, and underneathe it she could see the huge potential waiting to be unleashed. The world wouldn't know what hit them when Major was put on the track... It was destiny waiting to be played. Maria smiled, today was their day.

I walked over to Maria. "Ready to take him home?" I asked as I opened the door and let Maria in to see the big black colt.

Andrea came in. Today was the day, she was going to pick up her equine Shadow. She walked up to the Salesmen. Hello, I'm Andrea Casela, I'm here to pick up Shadow. If you could show me towards 'em, it would be much appreciated, she said smiling.

Ben waved down Matty, who slipped away from Maria and headed over to Andrea. "Hey! Shadow is right over here.." I said, walking over to a certain stall, I let her see him for herself, for he was no longer small and slender, but big and handsome.

Maria smiled, "Definately." She said with a beaming smile. Walking in she clipped the leadrope to his headcollar, giving him a good smooth on the neck as she admired the gorgeous colt somemore. She couldn't believe how big he had gotten! Smiling she led him out, her eyes not leaving Major for a second. Her fingers of her right hand slipped into her jeans pocket and took out the cheque as they reached Matabon, with a smile she handed over the cheque, a huge smile on her face. "Thankyou Matty, you won't be sorry." She said genuinely, her voice the happiest it had ever been.

I smiled and nodded, taking the check I put it in my pocket, then headed out the door to help Maria with the trailer.

The huge silver trailer stood attached to the usual red toyota pickup truck. On each side of the trailer in red lettering was "Golden Moments Ranch" hovering over a beautiful scene of a sunset. I was quite big the logo but it didn't cover the whole side of the trailer. Maria smiled, the ramp was already down and Jackie was standing next to it, waiting for Maria and Major. Jackie's mouth dropped as she saw the big black colt walking towards her. That was Major?! Maria smiled, looking from Major (finally!) and to Matabon and then Jackie. "Visit him anytime, Infact, I know we'd love it." Maria said with a smile, her eyes full on Matty. She hoped this would be the re-start of their friendship. Major loaded into the trailer without a problem, thinking it was only his training but when Maria left him in the trailer and walked down to thank Matty once again, he let out a huge whinny, prancing restlessly. What was happening? Normally he would be led back down now... Maria heard it and walked back up the ramp and soothed Major, letting him know it was all going to be alright. Turning back to Matabon, she kept stroking Major fondly, "Thankyou Matabon, for everything." She said genuinely, Jackie getting ready to close up the trailer.

I waved good-bye to the colt, as I watched the trailer door swing closed and lock. "No problem. Just take good care of him, he and all these horse mean a lot to me." I said as I held myself steady. When you bred a horse, and raised it and trained it, it was hard to picture someone else owning it, but I knew I was doing the right thing.

Maria nodded and waved goodbye. She knew Major was going to a good home and she knew Matabon knew it too. Smiling she stroked the black colt lovingly as Jackie closed up and locked the trailer. Jackie got into the truck and waved a goodbye to Matabon before turning the engine on and leaving for GMR, their prize cargo safe in the back.

Amanda walked into the barn, a spring in her step, and a grin on her face. She'd been waiting a long time for this. Ever since she had recieved the letter in the mail saying to come pick up Trigger, she's barely been able to sleep. As she neared the chestnut's stall, Trigger poked his head out of teh top door. He peered curiously at teh others as, one by one, his friends and stable mates were led away. Amanda approuched him, and offered him a carrot. She knew she shouldn't feed him from her hand, but this was a special occasion. She rubbed his ears as he crunched on the carrot, and looked around for Kim.

I went back into the barn and spotted Amanda. "Hey! Ready to get Trigger?" I asked as I went and slipped on his new halter, and handed Amanda the lead.

Indiana followed the small crowd of people. Today she was here to pick up her new filly, Lonesome Glory. She smiled as she watched other people with their horses. She had not yet seen Glory, so she could not direct herself towards her. Instead, she waited patiently for Matty.

I spotted Indiana and walked over. "Hey! I believe you are here to pick up Glory.. she is right this way." I said as I took her over to a stall contianing the black thoroughbred Smiles Boo daughter. "Tadaa!" I said with a smile as I awaited to see what she would think.
