About Him
Vale is our new beginning. We have owned and stood the extremely successful Versace at stud for years now, but we knew it was time to replace him in the show ring and the breeding barn; a nearly impossible feat. That is when Rhythm of life, acclaimed mare of Fail Scene Stables, foaled twins for us here at Godolphin. Magdalina and Reveille shocked even Matty with their stunning type and athleticism. Matty knew the moment Vale stood up and looked at her with the most concave head and buggy eyes, and a personality that said "Where's the party?!" that Reveille would be the colt to replace his sire. With Vale's extreme type, good mind, overall amazing conformation, smooth movement, and athletic ability, she knew he would do well not just in the halter ring, but in the performance ring. Vale considers every moment a total show. He is the ultimate performer, and like his sire, he knows how to capture the crowd.
Even though Vale is a stallion, he is not a complete ass who tries to destroy his stall, nor does he consider everything that can fit in his mouth a toy for his disposal, unlike a lot of poorly-raised stallions. Usually, when it isn't breeding season, you would never even guess he was a stud, that's how quiet and intelligent he is in the barn. Vale has been raised and trained by the best: Matty. He does not bite, or strike when he doesn't feel like co-operating. No, Vale is a gentleman, and literally has no vices besides being a little loud during breeding season. Even though he does like announce his presence, just one yell from Matty and he usually hushes up.
As Vale matures we are really noticing he has a regal presence. He just looks upon other horses as if they should bow to him, and trust us, he knows just how beautiful and stunning he is. While a lot of stallions are fussy and to put it bluntly, stupider than a post, not to mention often dangerous, Vale is just cut from a different cloth. We at Godolphin never joke about stallions, as we know how dangerous they can be, but the way we raise our horses has seemed to work. Vale is a perfect example of a well-trained, vice-free, and simply stunning stallion who has turned out to be more than we could ever wish for. Vale loves the limelight; spray some Ultra on his hooves, and he won't move. Apply as much goop and clip his entire body, he won't say a peep. Vale knows when it's all over, he gets to go into that show ring, and show the world what he is made of. We at Godolphin are extremely excited to introduce this amazing young stallion of Sim into the All-Sim Community, and hope that they like him as much as we do.
In 2007, Reveille bred 10 very different mares and he stamped each foal with his beauty and athleticism. He will typically throw a bay over any other color, and he has breath-taking movement which usually results in a fancy Western or Hunter foal. In Arabians now, movement and conformation means everything, and Vale has the ultimate package. Reveille's foals are very sensible and easy to work with, and we are extremely pleased with the stunning conformation and athletic ability each of his foals possess. In 2008 Reveille foals excelled in their halter classes, and the amount of National and International Championships they won is outstanding! His foal crops have proven he isn't just a pretty face, he produces champions. With three phenomenal foal crops on the ground, each one spectacular, and stock full of Legion of Masters foals, the proof is in the blood, and theirs runs blue.
